Controller and licensor: the provider identified above. POSPal currently operates under the Greek small-business VAT exemption regime, so VAT is not added to the subscription fee. Contact: [email protected].
1. Customers and territory
These terms apply only to businesses and professionals in Greece acquiring POSPal for commercial/professional use. The customer acts in its trade and supplies accurate invoicing information. Subscriptions are invoiced only to the business or professional using its business billing details. Consumers and persons outside Greece must not purchase unless corresponding terms are expressly offered.
2. Trial
The trial lasts 30 days without entering a name, email, account, or payment card. Technical identifiers and IP are processed to operate and protect the trial as described in the Privacy Notice. An active subscription is required afterwards.
3. Price, VAT, renewal
The subscription is €23.90 per month. This is the total amount currently charged. POSPal currently operates under the Greek small-business VAT exemption regime, so VAT is not added to the subscription fee. Stripe charges it and it renews automatically monthly until cancellation. This price is retained while the same subscription remains continuously active. After cancellation, expiry, or a new purchase, the then-current price may apply. If the legally applicable tax treatment changes, any required tax or pricing change will be communicated appropriately before it affects future charges. A change required by other mandatory law may be applied with the required notice. Final price, tax, and currency appear before payment; if inconsistent, do not buy and contact [email protected].
4. Payments and fiscal documents
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment confirmations may be provided through Stripe and are not necessarily the statutory Greek fiscal document. Required fiscal documents and accounting obligations are handled separately by the POSPal business. The POSPal application does not automate fiscal-document issuance or transmission to myDATA. The customer is responsible for accurate billing information.
5. Cancellation
Cancel at any time through available billing management or support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period unless agreed or mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Failed payment and suspension
Stripe may retry and notify after failure. POSPal may immediately restrict or suspend cloud/licensed use when Stripe reports failure and notify the customer through available contact details. Access may be restored after successful payment. Lawful accrued amounts remain due.
7. Refunds and corrections
There is no general refund right for a partly used B2B period. This does not restrict mandatory-law remedies, duplicate/incorrect-charge corrections, or remedies for a material provider-caused failure.
8. Support and changes
Reasonable support is available at [email protected] without SLA, guaranteed response time, or uninterrupted availability. Terms may change for future periods with the direct prior notice and evidence of acceptance required by the contract and law. We do not rely on silence or continued use alone as proof of acceptance of a material change. The Section 3 price commitment continues for an uninterrupted subscription.
9. Termination and law
The provider may terminate for material breach, unlawful use, security abuse, or non-payment, allowing reasonable cure where appropriate. Greek law and courts at the provider's seat apply unless mandatory law says otherwise. These Terms, EULA, Privacy Notice, and DPA form the contract set.
Acceptance records
POSPal keeps versioned acceptance records containing the relevant document identifier and revision, acceptance timestamp and action context. Where an account is verified, acceptance is linked to that account; anonymous trial acceptance is linked to a technical host identifier. Previous 1.0 records remain historical evidence and do not establish acceptance of this revision. Publication or continued use alone does not establish such acceptance.
